Our fit-out allows service through the front bifold windows which allows our customers to order and go without coming inside and also see our machines from the busy road as they drive by. This is the only space on the street where customers can see the machine and get served like this. There is also a group training gym attached to this bar which will see 50+ members every morning before 10:00am.

The real potential to increase the business will come with coffee service. Taking advantage of the operating hours will give Well Press the earliest trade in the area and the ‘high-volume’ service will make for quick coffees every time. This has not been done before at Well Press but it would be a key part of the operation. The current design of the bar only has seating positioned outside of the bi-fold windows but with other cafes in the area, you will be approved for outdoor and indoor seating.

The $10,000 sale price will get you all of the branding, signage, fit-out, and IP to the business. It will also cover any costs involved to fit out further the space for coffee service which will only include the following;

- Doors on cupboards
