- Live close to South Perth. Expect having to go to South Perth every day. We HIGHLY recommend you are a hands on person and plan to engage in the cleaning yourself.

- Cleaning experience not essential. More important is your motivation and general attention to detail. Are you a clumsy person? This job is not for you.. Cleaning is not rocket science and you will learn how to be efficient. Motivation is key.

PS: The price is negotiable in both directions depending on what kind of support, equipment etc you require and what the income will be at this stage as customers fluctuate constantly. Our accountant recommends sale for 60k but we can talk about this with proper numbers further down the track. :)
