Lismore's longest established pet shop, currently 23 years with this owner. The shop is well known for being associated with K.I.T.T.E.N. Rescue and only promoting animal adoption and responsible pet ownership.
It is on one of the busy roads on the outskirts of the CBD, good parking at front of shop and also rear access / parking.
Currently sharing the shop and rent with K.I.T.T.E.N. Rescue Op shop but this can be relocated leaving all available space for the pet shop. We also do limited dog grooming which could be expanded if new owner wished or space used for other things.
We are the only pet shop that specialises in raw diets and 10 freezers full of fresh meats and bones, we make our own raw cat food mix as well.
At the moment we do not have birds and fish but used to in the past and there is a tremendous opening for reintroduction of these into the business. Currently closed on Sunday and Mondays but longer hours would benefit the business.
Stocking all bird, fish and pet accessories and foods.
All shelving is brand new along with most of the freezers.
We also sell bulk seeds and feeds and have rear access for loading.
Reason for selling, I have run the business 7 days a week only recently cutting back to 5 day week and I am ready for some me time. I also intend moving to Tasmania in 2024.
