We just move out and new set-up opposite old shopping centre due to big new shopping centre will be completed in end of 2023, which is big shopping centre in this area later.
Due to family reasons, we are looking to sell the business after 10 years operation, we have lot regular customers and a range of products and services, we used to very busy inside old shopping centre. Now it is easy to maintain and suitable for one person.

Lottery annual commission
Use to 130k inside old shopping mall, even now commission from lottery being enough to cover the all rent and all outgoings.
The rent is 40k plus gst yearly and shop is big. We only sign 2.5 year lease due to planning move to new shopping mall when finished in early of 2024. You can stay current shop and rediscuss new lease after current lease finish.or you can planning to move to new shopping mall.
