The coffee machine is a gas/electric and heats up really fast making great coffee provided the barrister is up to standard lol.

Everything that you need is included. You just need to get the appropriate food handling certificates and insurance.

How much can you make?
Over summer the easiest way to make money is to rent her out as a bar, for weddings and parties, if you are clever you will rent her out with staff and charge for the staff members, you get them to buy the alcohol and you serve it, this way you will not need a liquor licence. We also charged for prepping for cocktails, we supplied the non-alcoholic ingredients, they supplied the booze. Dress her up with fairy lights and she is very cute.

Most coffees are $5 with profit sitting around the $4, up sell to a large and more money can be made, add in some muffins or we found donuts (just bought from the supermarket) and the profit really escalates. Great money to be made from frappes and iced lattes too, they sell well and are very profitable. The more you display the more you will sell.

If you can pick up large events like festivals, markets, fetes etc. there will be a que of people wanting coffee and drinks, so you will make thousands each day, if you turn Little Audrey into a bar then the sky is the limit and she is quite capable of this although you might need to hire a portable cool room to have beside her.

One person can run this on their own or when needed a 2nd person can work along side you, for festivals and bar work, you may need a 3rd person.
