LOCATION: the business is relocatable. The assets are currently in Germany and are shipped to the buyer anywhere in Australia (sea or air freight, DAP to your door; freight quoted separately, import customs and duties paid by the buyer). The state/city fields only reflect the target market.

Turnkey hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) home-rental business, run in Germany from January 2025 to February 2026. I am selling the assets because of illness and personal problems. The company itself is not part of the sale; the assets below are.

WHY THIS BUSINESS WORKS
- Customers rent a 2.0 ATA hyperbaric chamber for home use at EUR 299 per month plus a one-time EUR 199 shipping fee.
- Chambers ship directly from one customer to the next. There is no warehouse, no storage space and no logistics hub, which keeps costs and effort very low.
- Because every order needs only one direct shipment (about EUR 100 in Germany), the EUR 199 shipping fee leaves a margin on every rental.

AUTOMATED BOOKING AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (INCLUDED)
- The booking page is connected to a custom management system; every paid order appears there automatically.
- After each booking the system calculates the chamber's next available delivery date, skipping weekends and bank holidays, so quoted dates can be guaranteed.
- Calendar view of every chamber and its chain of customers.
- As a shipment date approaches, freight is booked automatically from the previous customer to the next; the customer automatically receives an email with the pickup date and a printable shipping label.
- Tracking codes can be copied and sent to customers with one click.
- Offline orders (e.g. from eBay) can be added by hand; dates are calculated automatically.
- Service trips: send a chamber back to home base for maintenance, and extend or move shipments with automatic date recalculation.
- Built to scale to about 50 chambers. New chambers become bookable immediately.
- The only manual work left is customer communication.

WHAT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES
- The chamber arrives on a pallet in sturdy boxes, well protected against transport damage.
- Printed repacking instructions and a QR code on the box link to step-by-step setup videos, so no briefing call is needed.
- The customer sets it up, uses it, repacks it with the same videos, and the freight company collects it for the next customer.

TRACK RECORD
- Started with one chamber, then scaled to six (three of them are for sale) using Google Ads and eBay.
- 2025 (from bank and Stripe statements): revenue EUR 21,245; EUR 16,280 after direct costs (ads, freight, payment fees, software). Best month: October 2025, EUR 9,964 in card payments.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
- Upsell: of roughly 20 to 30 rental customers, two were seriously interested in buying a chamber. 2.0 ATA chambers retail at about EUR/USD 12,000 to 20,000, so every EUR 1,000 of rental revenue can bring roughly another EUR 1,000 from chamber sales.
- Rent-to-buy: rent paid is credited towards the purchase price.
- Referral partnerships with naturopaths and medical practitioners, paying them a 20 to 25% revenue share.
- Adding more chambers is easy thanks to the booking system.

ZERO-RISK PURCHASE
The retail price of the chambers exceeds the price of the business. Even if you did not rent them out, you could sell the chambers and get your money back.

WHAT A BUYER OUTSIDE GERMANY NEEDS TO DO
- Connect a local freight provider to the booking system (currently Cargoboard, Germany).
- Connect a local email and SMS provider.
- Translate the German customer website and emails (AI translation works).
