Started the Company in October 2015 with the goal to provide In-Home ‘Regular’ Cleaning Services to hard-working family households on the GoldCoast.

Business Service Breakdown:

- 85% In-home Domestic ‘Regular’ Cleaning Services

- 10% Airbnb Cleaning Services - Regular

- 5% Bond Cleaning Services - As per availability/hours

Client Information – The company has:

- Over 1,000 clients have used our In-Home Cleaning Services more than once since 2015.

- Currently 35 regular Domestic clients. Weekly / Fortnightly / 3rd Weekly / Monthly.

(Each client requires the same: time, day, hours, this allows the company to provide its sub-contractors with a 12-week schedule in advance.

- Our services range from a minimum of 2 hours, up to 8 hours in one day.

- Clients are invoiced on a 7-day invoice via email Stripe/ Direct Deposit.

Sub-Contractor Information – The company has:

- 2 X Fulltime Sub-Contractors (35 hours each approx.)

- 1 X Parttime Sub-Contractor (15 hours approx.)

- ABN & Own Car – Not paid for Travel

- Company provides all Cleaning Products, equipment, T-shirts, access to a mobile phone app for Scheduling/Timesheets.

- Bunnings Card Account for ongoing cleaning products and equipment that may need immediate replacement due to manufacturer faulty equipment is provided to each Sub-Contractor.

- Sub-Contractors are currently paid daily.

Owner / Manager Required Hours:

To manage this business successfully, you must be able to allow 2 hours of administration, per/day, Monday to Sunday. 12 hours of administration per week is required. Not including Recruitment & Training.
